Should I have a FAQ's section on my website?

Don't underestimate the importance of a Frequently Asked Questions section on your website.

Not only does it help your customers (potential and existing) understand your business and any particular terms and conditions it also shows your knowledge of your particular business area.

It will also assist those people who are too embarrassed or too busy to ask "ALL" the necessary questions and as an added bonus it may save you some time on the phone!

A FAQ's section is usually easy to put together, just write down the questions your customers ask you and then write down the answer to the question! Make sure you categorise the questions so that the list follows a logical sequence and send it on to your web designer to include on the website.
