Need to remove a comment from your Facebook Business Page?

It's always good practice to try and resolve issues with your customers rather than just removing their comments, this adds to your credibility as a business and people will respect you more for taking the opportunity to deal with an issue rather than just ignore it.
Having said that however, there may be an occasion where you need to remove a comment or post - such as a spam attack. As an administrator of your business page, you have the ability to remove posts from your wall.
Just click in the top-right hand corner of the post you wish to remove. A blue cog (kind of like a thick star) will appear, click on the cog and it will give you a couple of options:-
  1. remove the post,
  2. remove the post and banning the person/page who posted it, and
  3. report the post to Facebook as spam
Click the option and the post will be removed from your page.

You can use this same process for any posts on your Facebook page.
