More and more people are relying on the internet to find goods and services - one of my friends recently said she was looking for a horse riding school that would take her kids on horse rides during their school holidays. She said she couldn't find any online around the local area - not even a listing in an online directory. Needless to say they went swimming instead.
So think about setting up a website for your business - even if it just has your company name and contact details - it could be enough to get the customer to give you a call or email!
